Krittika Lertsawat obtained her Bachelor of Science(Environmental Science) from Thammasat University,Master of Science(Environmental Science) from Chulalongkom University,Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University, and Master of Laws from Thammasat University.  She is an experienced environmental/legal researcher and has certificates and awards and publications to her credit .  Her principal interests lie in the field of aviation environmental psychoacoustics,noise pollution, management,environmental management system and impact assessment,environmental judicial process and human rights.She is currently investigating rights of people in a good living environment around airports,,public participation process,,particularly expert opinions on environmental conflicts.

The noise measurement data for single fly-over aircraft noise levels are essential for understanding the noise resulting from aircraft operations along the major flight path near the airport. The standardized noise measurement method is outlined in ISO 20906, serving as a foundational element within the Thai version guidelines for aircraft noise measurement in communities. Along the major flight path, collecting noise data at receiver sites within communities may be necessary to contribute to social surveys, studies on noise-dose relationships, noise impact assessments, and other related purposes. In this presentation, we present a post-processing algorithm that employs a two-step clustering approach to calculate the individual events of fly-over aircraft noise in sound exposure levels. This calculation is based on the measured time series of 100-millisecond A-weighted sound pressure levels obtained using a sound level meter compliant with ISO/IEC 61672 Class 1 standards. This algorithm proves beneficial for the subsequent assessment of cumulative aircraft noise events using various sound descriptors, as stipulated in ISO 1996 for environmental noise assessment.
